2 charged in Phillipsburg carjacking caught in Newark, cops say


After recovering a carjacked car on Tuesday in Greenwich Township, the 2 males Philipsburg police sought within the Monday morning crime on the town have been arrested in Newark, Capt. Michael Swick studies.
