A nonstop Delta flight from New York to Seattle needed to take an sudden toilet break in Montana after the in-flight bogs stopped working, The Billings Gazette stories.
The report says the Boeing 757’s bogs “ceased functioning” mid-flight Saturday night time (Dec. 2), leaving passengers with no rest room choice for the rest of the six-hour journey. The aircraft was touring close to the Canadian border when it was diverted south to Billings, Montana, in the hunt for a restroom.
Passengers in want of a rest room disembarked in a cargo space and filed out of the aircraft on a staircase wheeled over by floor crews as a result of all of the gates at Billings Logan Worldwide Airport have been full, the report says.
