Brake check bus driver charged after student suffers broken leg, cops say

A faculty bus driver in Robbinsville has been charged with cruelty/baby neglect after he admitted slamming on the brakes for no purpose, which tossed college students from seats and left one with a damaged leg, authorities stated.

The scholar who suffered a damaged leg within the Nov. 30 incident is an eighth-grader from Pond Street Center Faculty, Robbinsville police stated in assertion.

Ricky Okay. Moore, 28, was arrested Thursday morning by Robbinsville police. Along with the kid cruelty cost, police issued him reckless and careless driving citations.

Police say Moore admitted to “brake checking” on the experience residence from faculty whereas working a bus owned by Backyard State Transport.

On the Round Robbinsville group web page on Fb, Moore’s disappearance from the bus prompted a dialogue beginning Wednesday that described Moore’s allegedly recognized antics driving college students.
