Deputies say man whipped victim for running up cable bill

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — An Escambia County Florida man faces aggravated baby abuse and home violence expenses after deputies say he whipped a minor with a belt for operating up the cable invoice.

Authorities say the sufferer advised deputies Jeremy Scott Younger beat him for ordering films.

When authorities spoke to Younger, he advised them the sufferer had rented 280 dollars value of movies with out permission.

Within the arrest report, deputies say they observed bruises on the sufferer’s arm, face and neck.

Deputies say Younger, his spouse, and mom said they didn’t need to look after the sufferer anymore due to this incident.
