Gas station attendant beaten with baseball bat during robbery


GALLOWAY — Authorities are in search of a person who beat a fuel station attendant with a bat throughout a theft Monday night time in Galloway.

The fifty eight-yr-previous worker of the Delta on West White Horse Pike was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Middle’s Mainland Campus in Galloway to be handled for accidents not thought-about life threatening, township police stated.

The robber went via the attendant’s pockets and fled with an unknown amount of money round 9 p.m, in line with police. The attendant was in a sales space when he was attacked.

Police described the robber as 35 to forty years previous with an extended, darkish beard.
