Police: New Mexico man stabbed friend over lack of beer


LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) — A New Mexico man is dealing with costs after police say he stabbed a good friend over a scarcity of beer.

The Las Cruces Solar-Information studies 23-yr-previous Isaac Avalos was arrested late Saturday following a battle together with his good friend who suffered a number of, non-life-threatening stab wounds.

Based on police, Avalos was at a pal’s house when he turned upset he couldn’t discover any beer within the kitchen. He reportedly turned indignant when he discovered he and his pal already drank all the beer.

Police say Avalos grabbed a big kitchen knife and swung it forwards and backwards at his good friend.

Avalos is dealing with an aggravated battery with a lethal weapon cost and is being held with out bail.

It was not recognized if he had an lawyer.
