Woman in SUV tried to run down victim, then beat her with a bat: NOPD

A 29-yr-previous lady is accused of accelerating her SUV towards one other lady after which, after the sufferer missed being hit, leaping out of the car and beating the sufferer with a bat at a St. Roch intersection, based on New Orleans police.

Jayvonda Bazile is needed on fees of aggravated assault and aggravated battery in reference to the Friday night time (Sept. eight) beating at Painters and Roman streets, police stated.

The sufferer was nonetheless on the bottom when Bazile exited the driving force’s seat armed with a bat and hit the lady a number of occasions, the NOPD stated.

The NOPD didn’t present info on the sufferer’s accidents–or disclose the relationships between Bazile and the sufferer, or Bazile and the daddy of the sufferer’s baby.
